“ I don’t know why I love it...... I just do”
My work is varied, never dull and allows me to be creative.
I am pleased to say that now my work is now a great balance of the two. Complete opposites of course but that's what makes my life so varied and fun.

Honest, hard working, determined and with a natural empathy for people and a desire to please.Natural ability:
My dad used to be a photographer so I kind of think it’s in the blood! Most memorable compliments:
“ I knew you would always do it….. It was simply a matter of time”“ I don’t know why I love it...... I just do”
What keeps you so motivated?
A number of things:- The belief that if you are determined, hard working, constantly striving to improve, believe in yourself and love what you do then you will get there! Life's too short to spend time doing a job that you hate.My past and my future:
Redundancy from banking gave me the opportunity for a life style change. Starting a business from scratch is never going to be easy however in amongst all the hard work, it has it's rewards. My work is varied, never dull and allows me to be creative.
When did you start painting?
I initially took commissions for pencil portraits back in 1986 -1988 purely as a hobby. Due to work commitments, art work ceased until self employment in 2003, gave me the opportunity to combine Art and photography as a full time job. The Photography became my main focus for many years and wasn't until 2018 when I found the time to get my watercolours out. I am pleased to say that now my work is now a great balance of the two. Complete opposites of course but that's what makes my life so varied and fun.
How I started in Wedding Photography:
I was introduced to a retired professional Wedding and Portrait Photographer who said “ If I like you I’ll help you. If I don’t I won’t”. Lucky for me he did!. Thank you Barry! And finally, my thanks:
To my customers…I wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you for your repeat bookings, wonderful testimonials, orders and word of mouth recommendations!
